- Reduce repeat disputes on drawdown (DD) breaches by tracing the exact trade and rule trigger behind each case and explaining the outcome and next steps.
- Review breached accounts in MT5 Manager, logging trade activity and compiling breach evidence.
- Resolve KYC, 2FA, dashboard and payout-status issues in Axcera.
- Escalate complex cases to Risk, Compliance and Operations with documented findings, so reviewers can decide without re-investigating.
- Support traders across MT5, cTrader and TradeLocker with platform troubleshooting.
- Manage the Discord community, including server structure and bot automation.
- Log cases and flag recurring issues to improve resolution consistency.

I investigate trader account cases in prop firm environments, working out what actually happened on an account and explaining it clearly, fairly and fast.
Drawdown breaches, payout delays, KYC and 2FA problems: I trace the cause in Axcera and MT5 Manager and back every answer with evidence.
My work combines client-facing support with backend investigation. I analyze account information, trading activity, rule-related issues and account history, including drawdown (DD) breaches, to determine the cause and give traders accurate explanations and next steps. In high-volume support environments, I’ve maintained 99% compliance accuracy.
